Attention All Flotillas Navigators
The AxeMan aboard Santa Tamandu Marine Patrol informs all members that the swearing-in ceremony for all elected flotilla executives will take place at the Patrol Inaugural Camp Fire.
Members are advised to take note, make arrangements, and be present for this important event.
He further stated:
- To ensure a seamless transition to the new administration, all outgoing pilots are formally requested to prepare and submit comprehensive handover notes before departure. These documents are critical for continuity, minimizing disruption, and enabling successors to assume responsibilities effectively.
Handover notes should be:
- Clear and well-structured
- Sufficiently detailed to serve as a practical working guide
All completed handover notes must be submitted to the secretariat no later than February 25th, 026 Centuries.
He emphasized:
- The leadership expresses gratitude for your cooperation and dedication during your tenure. Your diligence in this final phase will greatly contribute to the Flotilla’s continued growth and success.
